To emphasize the sleeping area while maintaining a sense of space, a permanent light transparent partition was incorporated. This design element allows light to flow through and visually separates the sleeping area without creating a closed-off or confined feeling.
Designing a small apartment demands careful attention, sometimes even more so than a large and spacious house. This particular 36-square-meter apartment, designed for a couple, underwent thorough study and consideration. The main objective was to create a living room and a bedroom within this limited space. To maintain an airy and open feel, a glass partition was incorporated, ensuring privacy with the use of textured glass. The furniture decoration revolved around natural shades, combining wood and stone elements for a harmonious and warm ambiance.
The wood on the floor is also matched to the color of the panels in the living room.
It effectively conveys that the kitchen showcases wooden panels and the blue inserts smoothly extend into the hallway, resulting in a cohesive design that unifies the entire space.
Kitchen cabinets are extended to the top of the ceiling, which creates more usable space. They are also separately highlighted to change the lighting scenario depending on the situation.
